Bulky Items
If your parcel is oversized, additional shipping rates may apply and we may contact you to discuss delivery options. Free shipping and Express Post are not available for bulky items.
Good to Know
All orders are shipped via Australia Post unless we mention otherwise. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number by email — check your junk folder if you don't see it.
In-stock items are usually packed and dispatched within 2 business days.
Pre-orders: Orders that include pre-order items will be shipped once everything is in stock. If there are any delays, we'll be in touch.
Changes to your order: Once your order is placed, we're unable to make changes or cancel it, but our usual returns process still applies. If you notice a mistake in your delivery address, email us at hello@tellyourmother.com.au and we'll help out.
